What's in the box?
Everything you need for a full pottery session: premium air-dry clay, a full set of pottery tools, paints, brushes, varnish and a step-by-step guide. Nothing extra to buy.
Do I need a kiln or an oven?
No. Sawa kits use premium air-dry clay that dries on its own in 24 to 48 hours. No kiln, no oven, no studio.
I've never done pottery. Will I manage?
Yes. The kit is designed for first-time potters. The step-by-step guide walks you through shaping, drying and painting, one stage at a time.
Which kit should I pick?
Pick by how many of you are making. The Solo Kit is for one, the Duo Kit is for two (our most popular), and the Group Kit covers 3 to 4 makers for friends and family sessions.
How long does the clay take to dry?
The clay dries by itself in 24 to 48 hours. Thicker pieces take longer. Don't put it in the oven or apply heat to speed it up, that's how pieces crack.
Can my piece hold water or food?
Finished pieces are decorative. Air-dry clay is not food safe and should not hold water, even when varnished. Think planters with a liner, trinket dishes, vases for dried stems and ornaments.
Is it suitable for kids?
Yes. Kids aged 8 and up can follow the guide mostly on their own. Younger children may need a little adult help with shaping and painting.
When will it arrive?
Order by 5pm and your kit arrives the next day, anywhere in the UAE. Delivery is free across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and beyond. We also deliver to GCC countries; rates and times are shown at checkout.
Can I send a kit as a gift?
Yes. Every kit comes beautifully packaged and gift-ready, with nothing extra to wrap. Enter the recipient's address at checkout and we deliver it to their door.
What if something arrives damaged or missing?
Contact us within seven days of delivery and we will make it right. Kits and add-ons are otherwise final sale.
